Exclusive Coffee Training conducted one-on-one

All barista training conducted from My Coffee Coach® and Mista Barista® are exclusive

Certificates issued from the completion of the Barista Fundamentals course or Introduction

to Advanced Barista are only issued to successful candidates whom have satisfied the criteria

set within the barista training guidelines.

My Coffee Coach and Mista Barista reserve the right to alter or change with-out notice the training

times and dates.

Course fees may vary with-out notice. All necessary contact will be made to affected clients in this case.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Upon booking confirmation you will be provided with our bank account details or you can pay by credit over the phone.

* A minimum deposit of $25.00 (non-refundable) is required 48 hours before the commencement of all 1 or 2 hour courses.

* $50.00 deposit (non-refundable) is required for the Barista Fundamentals certificate course 48 hours before the course day.

* Failure to do so will result in your booking time being forfeited until such times that we have received your required deposit.

* Postponement requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to exclude a cancelation fee of $25.00/ $50.00 respectively.

* No-shows will immediately forfeit the minimum $25.00/ $50.00 deposit respectively.

* Any remaining monies will be refunded.

Deposit detail refined:

- For course days of Monday and Tuesday, deposit must be received by the Friday before.

- All other course days will require the deposit 48 hours before the training day.

* We except Direct Deposit, Visa, Debit and MasterCard. If you like you also call in to our Studio and pay via cash.
